Purpose Triangle
Our Purpose Statement, “Enhancing God’s reputation by reflecting Jesus in the world through relationships, good works, and worship” is derived from our Core Values.
As you can see, each smaller triangle (i.e., “Relationships,” “Good Works,” and “Worship”) represents a portion of our purpose statement. Furthermore, each smaller triangle is a part of the bigger triangle. In other words, without each smaller triangle the larger triangle would not exist. This is a snapshot of how we view a person’s spiritual life. All three triangles are needed.
These smaller triangles also illustrate three key areas of how someone may become a part of New Life.
- Some may have their first interaction with people from New Life through a Community Group (Relationships).
- Some may join us for a service project in Emporia or the surrounding area (Good Works).
- Others may show up on a Sunday morning for their first interaction with New Life (Worship).
We look forward to getting to know you better, no matter how you find out about and first experience New Life.
