Model Prayers

Models are an important part of life.  For some people they are enjoyable - like a hobby (e.g., model cars), for others they could be, unknowingly, detrimental (e.g., a bad role model).  Many people are the benefactor of one type of model or another (e.g., plans for a house or automobile). 

What about when it comes to praying?  Are models important when it comes to our relationship with God?
