New Life Christian Church of Emporia

The Bible tells us to do some of the most foolish things.  There is no sense in trying to deny this reality.  I suppose we can try to either a) deny them or b) explain them away…but a better option is to explore how the "Mystery of Thanksgiving" can help us understand the apparent foolishness.  As we do this we will see it really boils down to two cups.  It is our choice of which cup we partake…we had best choose wisely.   

Stated in a slightly different way, it has been said life is a series of choices.  There is truth in that statement.  But even more truthful is our choice to drink from one of two cups is the most important decision we will ever make...
