New Life Christian Church of Emporia

New Life supports a variety of "missions."  Each year we seek to bring in a representative of the individual missions we support in order to allow the New Life body to hear, from an involved person, about the various ministries.  Typically whoever represents a mission is able to tie an aspect of its purpose into the sermon series.  On Sunday Jim Sanborn, the administrator of Emporia Christian School, shared with us from the book of Daniel.  An emphasis in Sunday's message was living for God is not dependent upon the culture in which we find ourselves.
